Experts agree that Group Fitness Classes are beneficial to women. Working out in a Group Fitness Class provides support, accountability, and structure. People don't want to let their group down, which is terrific in terms of adherence to an exercise routine because they are more likely to stay on track. Nationally recognized benefits of Group Fitness Classes should be no secret: You're more likely to complete a well-rounded exercise routine and get a tougher workout. In a class, the instructor can say, "let's pick up the pace" and can also modify the level and change it up each class to "confuse" your muscles. A class can help you move past a plateau — if you want to push yourself and improve. And working out in a group can be flat-out fun... Groups give a sense of play to exercise.  Our Group Fitness Classes are ALL levels.  Modifications will be given in each class.


If you have any medical conditions, please inform your instructor at the beginning of class.  If this is your first class, please inform the instructor.  Our instructors can modify and mix up each class according to level and interest, so make sure you communicate your needs and fitness goals.


Don't forget to stop at "The Shake Bar" for a Healthy Shake after class!
